2Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you complete our "Let's Connect" form or otherwise correspond with us, we collect your name, email address, and any phone number, company name, message content and file attachments you choose to share.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting and infrastructure providers may log technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages and timestamps, for security, analytics and operational purposes.
• Cookies and analytics. The Site uses only essential cookies necessary for its operation, and no advertising cookies. For usage insights we rely on a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service (Plausible) that measures aggregate traffic without cookies, without cross-site tracking and without storing information that identifies you.

3How we use your information

We use personal data to: (a) respond to your enquiries and communicate with you; (b) evaluate potential partnerships, engagements or business relationships; (c) operate, maintain, secure and improve the Site; (d) comply with applicable legal, regulatory and contractual obligations; and (e) detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse or security incidents.

Where required under the DPDP Act, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent — which you provide when you voluntarily submit information to us — or on other lawful bases such as certain legitimate uses and compliance with law. We may share it with: (a) trusted service providers who host and operate the Site on our behalf (for example, our website host, Netlify), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations; (b) professional advisers; and (c) authorities or third parties where required by law, regulation or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or property.

6Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls and infrastructure hosted with reputable providers — to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or updating of inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; withdraw consent; nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity; and register a grievance. The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect the personal data of children (as defined under applicable law) without verifiable parental or guardian consent.
